The Big Enjoyment Plate: A Variety of Goodies

Sometimes you just want to taste a bit of everything, right? This tasting plate is perfect for just such moments! Inspired by a board full of goodies, it combines different flavors and textures that together form an amazing whole. Ideal for a those warm summer nights, lunch or as an extensive starter!

Here are the stars of this plate and how to make them (nice and compact!):

1. Deviled Eggs: The Essential Classic
You need: 6 hard-boiled eggs, 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, salt, pepper, paprika powder (garnish).

How to: Halve the eggs, mash the yolks with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika powder.

2. Salad with Feta: Fresh Touch
You need: Mixed lettuce, feta, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.

How to: Mix lettuce, bacon and feta. Whisk a dressing of olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix through the salad.

3. Potato Salad: Creamy & Delicious
You need: 500g cooked potato cubes (cooled), 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise, onion (finely chopped), salt, pepper. Optional: gherkin, parsley.

How to: Mix the cooled potatoes with mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Optionally add gherkin and parsley.

4. Smoked Salmon: Luxury Flake
You need: Smoked salmon and red onion

How to: Present the salmon nicely on the plate, possibly with a slice of lemon.

5. Stuffed Pasta with Salmon & green pesto: Savory Component
You need: 250g tortellini/ravioli, 100g smoked salmon, olive oil, green pesto.

How to: Cook the pasta. Fry garlic if desired. Mix the cooked pasta, salmon and green pesto. Optionally add a little cream and season to taste.

6. Stuffed Peach with Tuna Salad: Sweet Surprise
You need: Half peaches (canned or fresh), can of tuna (drained), 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Optional: onion/celery.

How to: Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fill the peach halves with this.

7. Creamy Crayfish Salad: Zeeuwse Touch
You need: 150g crayfish, 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill/chives, salt, cayenne pepper.

How to: Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and herbs. Add the crayfish and mix carefully. Season to taste.

Arrange everything nicely on a plate and enjoy this delicious, varied feast!
